Returns & Exchanges
We hope that your purchase is perfect for you, however, if your purchase is not exactly what you had in mind, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days. Within Germany we offer free returns & exchanges with DHL.
Please lodge your return request using the link provided below, indicating the items you wish to return or exchange.
Returns Policy
Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging, including the tags. The items must be returned new and unworn. If you have received a cotton cloth with your order, it should also be included in your return.
Shipping costs associated with the return of items outside of Germany are considered the responsibility of the customer. Customers are welcome to return items via their preferred shipping provider. The Mama Set is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
For returns within the EU and Switzerland we can provide a return label to return your package and the shipping cost will be a flat rate of 15.00 EUR. This amount will be deducted from the refund total.
Returns outside of this 14 day period are subject to rejection, The Mama Set reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, they will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a refund. Once approved, your return will be processed.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned garments. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returns & exchanges are not available to International customers outside of the EU or Switzerland.
If you wish to exchange an item in your order simply make the request via our returns portal link or alternatively request your refund and place a new order for the item directly.
If you refuse a shipment from The Mama Set you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order parcel to The Mama Set. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received back.
Return Limitations
Returns that are worn, damaged, altered or without original tags will not be accepted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns will not be accepted of The Mama Set purchases through external boutiques.
All international orders outside of the EU and Switzerland are final sale.
